I understand the cov-19, but when accept money from your customers and the airlines/hotels are making changes, you have to communicate. I should be able to contact Vegas.com, it has been 2 months and I have called, called, sent numerous emails and no response from this company. The flight is 10 days from today & still no response. I have never had a problem like this, there is no excuse that you cant answer the dam phone or email back. Pissed off
There is absolutely no one working their phones, they automatically go to voice mail that no one is listening to. And even better is their email service. Emailed them 5 days ago and still havent heard from them. Have emailed them again to cancel my reservation because you can only call to cancel and magically the line is disconnected. $#*! site, $#*! service, $#*! everything!

I’m excited for my future trip. I got this survey however the confirmation I got, goes to nowhere. It continually says “the site your looking for is sleeping off a hangover, try again later.” This is very concerning. I need my confirmations.
Great site, easy to navigate every time I come LV I'm going to Vegas. Com thank you four putting together a great site.

Just happened to me. However with their service about half hour over phone, didn't get help at all. It would be my first time also last time for use this website.
I made a mistake and double booked a show, Called Vegas.com and talked to a really pleasant lady.
She took care of everything and issued a refund.
Nice to do business with them.
I purchased VIP tickets which was the only option I had for the show. When I arrived we had seats 24 and 25. Great right, except there was an aisle in between the two seats. So my wife and I could sit separately with a 6 foot aisle in between or sit in the last row of the theater. Loved the show so don’t take this against the Mentalist. Complained to the ushers and they didn’t handle the situation at all. Just wanted to ignore that there was a problem.
We had a wonderful time. Would have preferred if the HoponHopOff Bus had a 24-hour timeline for the price of the trip, but it was informative and fun overall
